Who we are
This site is operated by the promoter named in the imprint below. For any privacy query, email hello@votebinface.com.
What we collect, and why
We only collect data you actively give us through two forms:
- Volunteer form: your name, email, postcode and availability, so we can organise BinAid activity and contact you about it.
- Email sign-up: your email address, so we can send campaign updates.
We do not use tracking cookies. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or profile you.
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time. The email list uses double opt-in: you are only added after clicking a confirmation link.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by our hosting and email tooling (processor: {{DATA_PROCESSOR}}, to be named once the provider is confirmed). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as the campaign is active, and delete it within a reasonable period after the by-election, or sooner if you ask. Volunteer data is deleted once the contest concludes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@votebinface.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
